Return/Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for merchandise unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Kiy And Me Boutique has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Kiy And Me Boutique determines does not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at [email protected] immediately. Please send all returns or exchanges, along with the original invoice. Please include details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to address listed on package.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
